Weird problem with treble and bass clefs
I have a weird problem with a score that I imported from Sibelius via xml (enclosed).
The baritone sax part is presented in the bass clef regardless of which way the 'concert pitch' toggle is set (normally it flips to treble, which is what the player would normally want to read, if concert pitch is switched off).
What's more, the notes presented in the bass clef are wrong, but they would be right if only they had a treble clef attached to them. ie the first bari note in the score should be an E. And the key should be four sharps not one sharp.
I've tried everything I can think of.

I don't know how your score got into that state. But I got around the problem by adding a new Baritone Saxophone part. Then I copied the notes from the original stave into the new Bari Sax stave (marked with a +).
The new part changes clef as you would expect when you toggle Concert Pitch on and off.

Simpler fix.
1. turn off concert pitch
2. select the first measure in the barisax stave
3. click the treble clef in the pallet.
Done!
A barisax part always has the notes on the same stave lines/spaces in treble clef transposing as in bass clef non-transposing. Barisax players presented with a bass part (concert pitch) find they can play it just by reading it as treble clef and adding three sharps to the key signature.
