Chaning the number of measures per line
Hi,
clicking "Layout" -> "Decrease Layout Stretch" does nothing at all
I can't find the "Add / Remove System breaks" tool as shown in https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/layout-and-formatting#system-breaks
"Scaling" in "Layout" -> "Page settings" scales zooms them without changing the number of measures
How can I get for example 8 full notes to fit on a single line?
Thanks

It's in "Edit" -> "Tools" -> "Add/Remove System Breaks"
please add that to the docs, where to find this is completely hidden and I just stumbled across it by accident (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/layout-and-formatting#system-breaks). Even worse, that secion is below "Page Settings...", implying that this has something to do with page settings

Better check your version of MuseScore and update.
Use menu item: Help -> About... to verify version.

That is where it was in MuseScore 2.3.2, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/2/tools
