I am trying to input the key of Gb major which has 6 flats but the system does not allow me to do this. how can I solve this?

I guess you're trying this on a transposing instrument, so what instrument, resp. what transpositioning?

All key signatures should be available in the key signature pallet - if you are missing Gb major click on the 3 dots at the righthand end of the key signature pallet header and select "Reset pallet".
However, note that key signatures are always added at concert pitch even for transposing instruments. So if you add a 1 flat key signature to a Bb clarinet part it shows as one sharp in that part - unless the concert pitch button is pressed. If you have non-transposing instruments in the same score, they will of course show the 1 flat. A differently transposing instrument will show different key signatures that are appropriate to the instrument - e.g. that one flat concert key signature will show as 2 sharps in an Eb Alto sax part.
