I think what you actually want is more space between the arpeggio and the preceding chord, rather than less space between the arpeggio and the chord it applies to (that would cause a collision with the accidentals). You can get more space before the arpeggio by selecting the chord that has the arpeggio and increasing the leading space setting in the "segment" section of the inspector.

Well, you can certainly move it manually for now, just use the Inspector, or drag.

FWIW, I'd want both more space before and less space after in that particular example.
