short-cut no more working
Hi all,
During last two / three days the "CTRL"+"SHIFT"+UP/DOWN short-cut doesn't work anymore on my Windows 10 64-bits on an ASUS ZENBOOK 14.
I've rebooted many times, no help!
Can anybody suggest a solution?
Also, is there an alternative command to achieve the same result?

If you assign a new shortcut to the action in Edit > Preferences, does that new shortcut then work?
If not: Are you using it on staves of the same instrument?

I've replaced them with other shortcuts and the new ones don't work either.
I'm using them on the PIANO staves to show-up left-to-right or vice-versa.
NOTE: When following the procedure to replace as you suggested, the software recognized the three keys I had pressed together (it was "ctrl"+"shift"+")" ) since it wrote them in the area of replacement on the shown pop-up.
It seems to me as if its use has been "disabled", assuming such a possibility exists.

It did it with different scores, although both from Camille Saint-Saëns.
Herein find one of the two.
I've forgotten to mention that when it happened Yesterday I rebooted and it worked again.
Today rebooting didn't help.

That score is corrupt:

And it is not a piano with 2 staves, but 2 pianos with one staff, so won't work, as @jeetee already mentioned

I should have checked the PIANO staves before doing that.
