Convert to tab
Can anyone tell me why my midis wont convert to tab. The tab stave is added but no notes / numbers

How did you set this score up? Why choose piano? You need to set up a linked staff/tab pair first, then copy and paste in the staff notes from the midi. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/tablature#multiple-staves. To find the banjo in the Wizard, select "Choose instruments > Strings - plucked". You can edit the tuning if necessary.
If you are going to do this regularly you can set up a custom template.
