MIDI: 2nd time only

I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned before, and maybe it simply can't be done for some reason, but there really should be a way to mark parts in a repeated passage to play "2nd time only." A simple text is enough for human musicians, but I'd like to tell the MIDI processor.
