Unable to download
Is Musescore down?
For the first time since having a Pro subscription for years, I'm not able to download anything or any format. The window pops up, but then nothing happens when I choose a format. Contacting support only leads me to this page now. No more individual suppport. I might as well cancel my subscription if I can't download music anymore.
I am not downloading "Official Scores", just all the other scores.

Reporting this here on musescore.org is as pointless as it can get though, you need to report it on/ to musescore.com

I was asked by Musescore.org to post here. At least, a developer is now going to look into this issue.

To be clear: if you have an issue with the score-sharing website musescore.com, you need to go over there to that website to ask for help, or contact their support team directly (support@musescore.com, I believe). There is absolutely nothing any of the volunteers here on musescore.org can do about issues with that commercial website. No one here has any connection to that website whatsoever.

Thank you for the email address. I did go musescore.com and submitted a request, but was directed to this page by musescore.org.
The good news is that the download link works now!
