Stacking chord extensions vertically versus horizontally
Is there currently any way to stack chord extensions #5,b5, b9...etc... vertically versus horizontally so they take up less space in the measure. When you have 4 chords per measure with extensions, it's tough to get them all in and still keep four measures per system.

No, there is no supported way to do this. But a number of people have cobbled together custom chord description XML files you can load to achieve this result. See for instance https://musescore.org/en/node/304202
