Sound won't play
Hello, when I receive a musescore file from someone and try to play it with the playback nothing happens. I don't really know how to fix this. Thanks!

Check the Mixer, attach a *.mscz file here.

Thanks for the help! Mixer is greyed out, can't click that or synthesizer.
If it's only this file, then indeed, we'd need you to attach the score to understand and assist. If you mean, MuseScore isn't playing sounds at all for any score, see https://musescore.org/en/node/96811

Here (on Linux) the playback is okay.
Download the flie, right click->rename->institute .zip with .mp3 or click on the attachment your browser should play it.

Thanks for the help. Not sure why my Mac isn't unzipping this properly right now, but I'll try this again later

Rename the file. Is an Mp3.
