True, but the page here is a bit different than for palettes where I went with the word “using”. For palettes, the page is literally all about how to use the palette but not at all about what the stuff in the there is - that’s all covered elsewhere. But for properties, it’s at least as much about the meaning of the stuff in there as about the mechanics of how to click the buttons.
Also, remember the only reason I added “using” for palettes is to differentiate the page name from the one on customizing them.
Really fine distinction I know, and in the end, it doesn’t really matter. I’m fine whatever people think is best.

Fine by me, I guess the idea being, lose words like "The" etc especially given we are using sentence case?
