Opening the Windows Musescore 3
I was working on a score on my computer and I saved it as usual, and exited out of the program as all was normal with the program. When I went to open it up later that day, It loads on the launching screen and shows the normal loading stuff but then shows "Restoring previous session". This is an issue because It won't stop showing that even after I wiped the program and uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It still says the same thing. I've tried everything I can and don't know what to do now, If someone could let me know how I could fix this It would help a lot. Below is a screenshot of what happens when I try and run it, I have cropped out most of my screen for confidentiality reasons.

(1) Give it time (in case of a networked printer, up to 5 minutes is not uncommon).
(2) Try launching by double clicking a score instead of first launching the program (in case the loading/restoring of that score is the issue).
(3) Revert MuseScore to Factory Settings, uninstall does not remove your settings/preferences. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings on how to do this.
