why i cannot enter in the app of tablet and phone. today i have
Hi, today i signed up a paid annual subscription to musescore.
i tried to transpose the chords of a song, but pc told me that this function is available from app of tablet or phone.
i downloaded the apps on tablet and phone, but musescore asks me to make a free trial for a few day and then i will pay a paid subscription.
i already have the paid subscription. i payed today. have i to pay a subscription for each tool? i Think and hope not.
can you help me?

To transpose scores you'd need the (free!) MuseScore program on your PC, Windows, macOS or Linux
Not sure why this is so complicated. I have paid for the subscription. Every time I go to transpose, it asks me to start a free trial of Musescore Pro, which I have already paid for. What is going on thank you.

Now I have logged on laptop, and it says I need to go to Pro+? So now I have to pay again? I’ve spent 45 minutes with this garbage just trying to transpose a piece.
Now I have opened a piece on the laptop, but it says to transpose, I need the mobile app. Good grief what century am I living in…..

What is it?
You need the free MuseScore editor on your laptop to transpose scores.

‘it' is my laptop. When I am logged in to my account to access various scores it directs me to the mobile app to transpose. see attached pic.
The directives of the app are clearly misleading and I have yet to get an appropriate answer as to why whenever i go to change the key in the app, which comes up as an option, it directs to buy the pro version, which I already have. see attached pic
I understand you can change keys in the free music editor. Can you change keys in the app or not? I cannot access any pro features even though I have paid for it. What is going on?
I have emailed customer support several times at musescore.com and gotten the same copied message back each time. Total robot, total joke.

The mobile apps are not being dealt with here on musescore.org at all. Neither is the pro account.
