Musescore 4 crashed and now my file has become corrupted!

Hello! My score crashed and when I tried to reopen it, it said it was corrupted. This is a huge project and I need it soon. I've tried everything on the forum, and nothing seems to be working. If someone can take the time out of their day to try and help me out, that would be amazing. Thank you!

I've tried to decompress the file but 7-zip says it cannot open a file archive. I also used BreeZip and an error message pops up when trying to decompress. The score does not load in so I can't even export it to an XML.
