MS Crashes whenever I try to change key signature
I'm trying to change the key to D minor on bar 14 and whenever I try, the app crashes.
Edit: I figured out a solution, I cut (command + x) all the bars at and after thew key change, placed the key change and then pasted it back and it worked

I can confirm this crash. I don't know why. I suspect that it may have something to do with having all the parts open. Perhaps you made some changes in a part rather than in the score. I can't say, but I have seen posts of problems caused this way.
FWIW I opened your score, closed the parts and still got a crash. The I reopened it, closed parts and exported the score as Musicxml. Then opened the xml and tried the key change. It worked.

won't I lose a bunch of my formatting if I convert to XML? Is that the only solution?
There is something wrong with the "Strings" part. You should reset it. Then it will work with the key signature.
