Header/Footer formatting not saving [SOLVED]
Looks like in MuseScore version 4.0.2 all the formatting (bold, italic, offset...) you apply on header/footer text, is not being saved.
That's quite frustrating, especially when working on multiple files that need the exact same formatting.
Hope someone sees this and that it'll be fixed in the next versions!

Works for me, when done via Format > Style > Text styles > Header / Footer

You are right! I didn't know that, thank you.
But I think that you normally would expect that also the modifications you apply in other ways (eg: by clicking on the footer and making it bold) will be saved, but apparently they are not.
It is a bug that it even appears to be possible to select the header or footer, much less apply formatting to it - that was never meant to be possible in the first place, and indeed, doesn't work. This is fixed already for 4.1 - it won't be possible to select the header or footer, so no chance of getting fooled into thinking you are successfully editing it that way.
