Independent Key Signatures
How do I create an independent key signature in a full score for a flute, oboe, b-flat clarinet, and bassoon? In other words, how do I create the appropriate key signature for the b-flat clarinet part?

Why? That is for transposing instruments and toggling concert-pitch is doing for you
See the section in the Handbook on transposing instruments: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/transposition#transposing-instrumen…
This hasn’t been added yet to the MS4 handbook, but I assume it must be similar to the MS3 way (I don’t/can’t use MS4)
For MuseScore 4...

To create an independent key signature for the B-flat clarinet in your full score, adjust the key signature by adding two flats (B-flat and E-flat). This accommodates the clarinet's transposition, ensuring correct notation. No! Don't do that!
Add the correct instruments to the score.
Add the correct concert pitch key signature from the palette.
Ensure the concert pitch button is not selected.
Musescore will now show the appropriate transposed key signature for any transposing instruments. Also a note entered in the score will play back at the appropriate transposed pitch.
