Can someone help me create parts that are named properly and not duplicated?

Since I started using Musescore 4, parts created are always a mess. Many duplicated parts and none of them have the correct name. So confusing to distribute music now.

Here is a file for which I have NOT created parts yet. I wonder if someone else tried to open the parts, would they experience the problems I've had with other scores.
