line end before system break makes next system no longer empty (regression)
1) create a multi-stave score
2) enable "hide empty staves within systems"
3) add system break on 1st measure
4) in any staff other than the top, add a line to the whole first measure

What was supposed to happen? I didn't get the same results you did.

Example:
Empty staves are set to hide, and measures 3-4 identical to measures 1-2 with an added one-measure pedal line.
Are you in 4.2? It's new.

Well now you've changed it. And added notes, and a pedal line instead of just a line. Did you include the first staff in the hide? I've been on 4.2.
What I get is different, but still not right.
