adding staffs to a certain part
Hey, I do not know if this is still active, I am trying to add a solo voice on top of the choir, but it adds the solo voice to the entire song, but I only want it towards the end. The solo voice staff is also empty up until that point, I tried the hiding staves, but it just hid the entire staff. Please help

If Hide when empty is selected, it will, if course hide a staff before you enter anything into it as it will be empty when it is created. The solution is to not select Hide when empty until you have finished entering the music.
If I have misunderstood your problem, please come back and explain in more detail what you are trying to do and attach your score (.mscz file) so that more relevant advice can be given.

Oh my gosh yes I tried this and it worked thank you so much I was stressing so hard because I have a project due for my theory class I appreciate it Steve.
