Open Mu4, drag the file into the program window.
Or right-click on a file select 'Open With' and navigate to the folder of files created with previous versions.
Most of the files I use when teaching are on the course website and it would be great to just click on the links as I have been doing for the past 8 years. Is there hope this problem will be fixed ?
If the accents are the problem, then why can I open those files when I drag-drop them OR when I open them from FIle/Open ?
Actually, I don't really need an explanation (I won't understand...) or a workaround (I already have one), but can you tell me if this is a solvable glitch ?
Thank you so much for your time and patience ! I'm a bit stressed out because classes start in 48 hours so I'm preparing instructions in French for the workaround. I'm sure everything will eventually be all right :)

Then it is a different issue than the one fixed for 4.4.1. Even if it is unlikely, as the same workarounds help ?!?
