how to add treble clef in this way?
I have not been able to figure out how to recreate a measure in this way.
Can anyone help me out on this?

You are right. I meant to say treble clef. I can't get it to place after the rest. It wants to place before.
Did you post the correct image? There is no grace note.

You are right, my mistake. I meant to say treble clef. I can't get the treble clef to place after the rest. It wants to place before...and insists on placing two rests in a row instead of just adding one.

Don't think of it as placing it after the rest. But rather before the quarter note. select the quarter note, then select the treble clef in the palette. Don't drag.
