There is this issue with ASCII symbols and Musescore's unability to read non-ASCII in the paths of the files it attempts to open. You can rename your file into English, update to 4.4.1, or revert to 4.3.2

I can't update to the next one because it says I'm already updated, and still the problem hasn't been solved
What do we do?

1) Update manually
2) Rename your score (and path) to ASCII characters
3) Use File -> Open
4) From an explorer window drag your file into Musescore.

If Help-Check_for_update yields no result (It yielded no result for me too) and MuseHub goes into a spinwheel of death after an attempt to update it there, you can download it from the site.
This page (https://musescore.org/en) has a link to downloading Musescore 4.4.1 without MuseHub. This is how it looks like on Windows: https://musescore.org/en/download/musescore.msi
