Can't save in 4.4.2 (Windows 10)
Hi, I just upgraded to the latest version of MuseScore today, opened a new project with treble piano staff and guitar, entered a single measure of a boomp-chonk guitar riff, and tried to save it in a folder. I get the Save dialog, but nothing happens when I click on it, it just remains on the screen. I closed out and rebooted, and had the same problem.
I clicked 'Diagnostic' -> System -> Show Paths and now the scroll of paths won't leave the screen.
There's no error message. Just... no save functionality.
How do I get back to being able to save files again?

Have you ever tried to save anything (like text document) under windows with question mark in filename?

It's funny, you know I wasn't even seeing the question mark in the file name. That seems to have been the problem. I removed the offending character and it saved fine.

Thanks for the eagle eye!
Very strange, at least an error message should happen there, But same issue with 3.6.2

No error message, but at least now I understand what the problem was. Thanks.

I know, but there really should be an error message rather than a silent failure.
Mind to report it on GitHub, https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/new/choose ?

Happy to, but I'm not on GitHub. I could make an account, I suppose. What would I even say that I haven't said here?
Can you report it on my behalf?
