You said "Change Multiple Mease Properties at one time". I didn't understand if you meant to change the properties of Multi-Measure rests or to apply the same changes to several measures at once.
I don't see the word "rest" in ANY of my correspondences. If I was concerned about "rests" I would have mentioned something about RESTS! You really aren't coming up with a solution so maybe let someone answer who knows more about Musescore Studio than either one of us. Thanks.

On the assumption that "Mease" = "Measure", right-click on a measure and click Measure Properties from the context menu.
