Confusion About Warning with Pro Subscription
Hey everyone,
I’ve got a Pro Subscription, and I’ve been trying to view some official sheet music, but I keep getting this warning that says:
“We are required by law to get your consent: I understand that once I download or stream paid content, I won't be eligible for a full subscription refund.”
I’m a bit confused because I know the Pro Subscription already included access to official transcribed scores. Does this warning mean that something will change with my subscription, like it’ll upgrade me to MuseScore One or something?
Just trying to understand what’s going on here. Any insights would be super helpful!
Thanks in advance! 😅

A pro account does not include the right to download official scores.
But this isn't topical here on musescore.org at all...
not only for the official scores but for every other scores too...Im confused about this message....
In reply to not only for the official… by tomateyolo
And that is also not topical here.
Perhaps try discussing your confusion about subscriptions on this forum
https://help.musescore.com/en/collections/6733803-account-management on musescore.com which is where subscriptions are relevant unlike this forum on musescor.org that only deals with the free notation editor Musescore Studio.
Thank you so much for explaining.
