When I play the exported MIDI in other software, the correct part does not sound.

Thank you in advance. When I play the exported MIDI in other software, the correct parts don't sound, and wind instruments play pizzicato. Is there a way around this? This seems to happen when the number of parts exceeds 10. There are 13 actual parts, as shown below: Flute, Obe, Clarinet, Bassoon, Horn1, Horn2, Trumpet, Timpani, Violins1, Violins2, Violas, Violoncellos, Contrabasses

I will make the generated MIDI publicly available.
The MSCZ data used here is just an example.
My actual goal is to make publicly available MIDI generated by MuseScore from legitimate, copyright-free sheet music.
I have the MSCZ data, but I'm having trouble because the individual parts don't sound properly.
I think the root cause is probably the MIDI limit of 15 channels for scale parts, but they don't sound properly even when there are fewer than 15 channels, as in this case, so I'd like to know a workaround.
