Hide all except chords and lyrics
This seems like a very long-shot request for a music engraving program, but I am wondering if, after entering everything (notation, lyrics, chords) I could hide the notation but still have the lyrics and chords visible (your basic chord-lyrics format).
The reason is that with the notation present, the chords and lyrics can be placed very precisely, and then by hiding the notation those placements will be retained.

Like this? It’s an old How To but I think should work in MS4.

Thank you for sharing your workflow in such detail. What I do right now is enter it all in a Word document, but it is a lot of work to get the placements right. It gets really challenging when there is more than one verse, as the words/syllables can be attached to different notes in the melody (see the attached file).
What I would like to do is take that file, move the chords to below the staff and then make the staff invisible without the chords and lyrics going away, so all the formatting stays in place. The problem being that the chords and lyrics are associated with notes in the staff.

I can’t open your score as I don’t have MS4, but you can adjust the position of the chords to below the staff in Format>Style>Chord Symbol: Positioning, and of the Lyrics in Format>Style>Lyrics.
In the How-to method (not mine BTW) linked above they just drag the chord symbols as required to the correct position left or right.
Here’s another How-to which will shows how to use your existing Word files

Good luck!
