Corrupted MuseScore File won't open at all - Please help!!

I have been working on this score for the past three weeks. It is saved to my computer hard drive, I normally save both to hardrive and cloud but this time the last cloud save was 3 weeks ago (on another note it's really frustrating that you can't do a dual-save to both hard-drive and cloud at the same time). I saved it last night like normal and then turned off my computer. I woke up this morning to an error message that said "File "*" is corrupted. This file may contain errors that could cause MuseScore studio to malfunction." and when I clicked the button that said Open Anyway it gave me a completely non-existent score (I clicked open anyway last time this happened and all it was was 5 bars were corrupted in another score but I was able to fix it).

I referred to the other pages. Repair assistant did nothing, there was no autosave file I could find, and 7-zip wouldn't extract the file. I did so much work and nothing wrong. Please please help, I'm so incredibly upset.

I don't care what version I get this back in it could be PDF or even an mp3 audio and I'd still be immensely grateful.
