Terrible customer support regarding subscription scam.
Went to this site because my music teacher sent me music and to access it through this site. Went through the 7-day free trial registration, it kept adding more to the 7-day free trial subscriptions. I canceled within 24 hours because of how it kept directing me to add more to the system. I then received notice that it was canceled and there would be no charges. Within another 24 hours I was charged the complete amount of the subscription. I've tried going online and requesting through their bot system and it keeps telling me it's offline. I've sent an email to their support and still have received no response. Sorry but I would not recommend this service to anyone going forward because of the deceiving practices and the inability to contact anybody about suspending the subscriptions and returning my $124.00. The fact that they have this kind of subscription scam just goes to show that they are not a legitimate or trustworthy or any type of company that gives a shit about it subscribers. I repeatedly left my phone number I've repeatedly left my email.

Have your music teacher e-mail you a MuseScore Studio (.mscz) music file, or e-mail you a pdf file.
No subscription is necessary.

Thanks for that info. This site is still a scam. The way run you through their subscription process is total B.S. Can't get a refund. Not sure what the hell I paid for. Any time i tried to lookup and download or print music it wants me to pay more. They don't have any real customer support. So I posted it in multiple places so hopefully some one else doesn't fall for their bullshit. You offered more support than their support team.

Also note that their customer support is not 724, but 59, Limassol time, and weekend in Limassol started several hours ago
Talk to your credit card company: they may be able to recover the payment for you.
