velocity does not change

0963 and win XP pro

Create some notes. Mark all of them - or some of them. Right click - note properties, Change velocity type to "user". Change velocity to another value.
Expected: all marked notes should have the new value.
Result: only the LAST MARKED note gets the new velocity value.

The same is true for on/off offsets. Actually, the note which gets changed in these parameters is not the last, but the one you right-clicked on.

The same is true for trunk; in September I sent a patch in for this, but it attracted no interest; probably for this behaviour there is a reason we cannot see.
