It isn't clear what you are asking - perhaps you find someone some to help you translate?
Maybe you are asking about adding a marking like this:
If so, simply download that image or another like it, then drag and drop it onto the first note of your score.

You'd Need to take that Image from this thread. MiuseScore doesn't have all the glyphs needed to build them on is own

Well, again, easier is to drag and drop the image itself - either downloaded from this thread, or another you find online.
You *can* create this as text using characters in the "Special Characters" palette (press "F2" while editing text), but it is way more trouble than it is worth.

I've been trying to "drag and drop" the two eighths = triplet quarter/eighth to no avail. I've downloaded the graphic, created my own, saved everything to PDF. What other magical options do I have?

Assuming you're talking about the SVG file from https://musescore.org/en/node/115776#comment-521551, make sure you drag and drop it either into the title frame, or directly on top of a note or rest (title frame gives you a much wider drop area).
