Cannot do mid song time change
When attempting a time change in the music, an error pops up and disallows the time change, forcing the program to crash and close without saving. I use time changes in almost every song I compose and it is getting fairly frustrating. Any tips on how to fix it or if you can get around it in any way?

Could you provide a simple example to reproduce the crash? Which version of MuseScore do you use ? On which OS?

I do not know what you mean by provide an example, but I can provide a photo of the screen with the error on it

In addition: could you write down the exact steps to reproduce this?
If needed provide a score to start from and then say where you click, what you type, etc..

Perhaps a new manifestation of this issue, now fixed ? #75861: Time signature change by double-click and after selecting a rest in a minimum 2 pages score causes a crash
If that, the workaround is to use drag and drop instead of double click, or start by selecting the measure instead of the rest.
If it's something else, please attach the score you encounter this issue with precise instructions to reproduce.
