Error on copying 9/8 time bar
When copying a bar which is 9/8 time and then pasting it to the next bar, the timing is all out - looks like about 7 x 1/8 notes in the bar pasted and in the next bar.
Very odd, and very annoying as it means the next bars have to be added manually! :)
PS It also wrecks the bar when you Ctrl+Z to undo the paste and it is then impossible to do anything with the bars.

Please attach an MSCZ score showing the problem. It's very hard to figure out what's going on with only an image.

Hmm, just tried it in my test file and it seems to work OK. The file where it does not work is attached. (I have had some problems with this file being 'corrupted' on load but it seems OK now)

Just for good measure here is the test file where it worked OK.

It looks however as if the error is in the Bass bar above the first 9/8 or maybe not - I am not sure. Something is not right it seems.
Just zapped all the measures ans started again and the test file exhibits the same problem.

Looks like a problem with local time sigs. staffs 1-4 are in 4/4, staf 5 is in 9/8. And indeed staf4 seems to have a problem

Copy and paste is known to lead to this sort of corruption when using the local time signature facility, which is still somewhat experimental. See #51626: Copy/paste to/from passage with local time signatures produces corruption.. As explained in the bug report, I am proposing we simply disable copy & paste in these situations for now since actually getitng it right turns out to be non-trivial.
