Add automatic chord changes to drums as a part of the rhythm section.

I believe that the symbols should automatically be added to the drums as they are to other rhythm section instruments because they may well actually be needed or used by the drummer(s). They can be valuable to those who use the harmonic structure for their drum solos, and those who may get lost can where the harmony changes.

What do you mean by "automatically"? We don't "automatically" add chord symbols to *any* staff, are you suggesting that we implementing something unusual / special just for drums?
If you want chord symbols on your drum staff, you are certainly welcome to add them just as you would to any other staff. My comment to which you referred was just talking how actual scores are typically published - I've conducted from hundreds of jazz charts, and can't remember any of them including chord symbols on the drum staff. But you are certainly welcome to add them if you like.

And if we would implement the system flag for chord symbols, they would show at the top staff of score and every linked part, and you have to hide them on those parts you don't want them

And in case it isn't obvious, you can already get this effect currently by simply copying and using the chords to the staves you want them to appear on for parts, then huge them in the score if you prefer.
