Long list of requested features
Here are the features I would like:
Panorama view - Maybe by 3.0 (or sooner?)
Improved drum input - This one is high-priority and should be implemented by 2.1.
Tempo and volume slide notation - Implement the most common ones by 2.1, and full support by 3.0
Comments
Continuos view is in 2.0 already, is that what you mean by panorama view?
Volume slide notation, if I understand correctly this is possible already using the Crescendo/Decescendo plugin
Reg. Drum notation: have you seen http://musescore.org/en/handbook/drum-notation and the tutorials this page links to?

Doesn't the plugin only work if you've got only one instrument (unless it's changed since I last looked)? He's probably asking that full support for it be implemented.

The crescendo plugin works if you have more than one instrument; you just need to run it one instrument at a time. And yes, builtin playback support for crescendos would be most welcome. Not sure if that's actually what was being referred to, though.

Builtin playback of crescendo and decrescendo is in the nighlies normally. Right click an hairpin -> Hairpin properties. Nothing is done for rallentando/accelerando yet.
What do you mean by "Improved drum input" ? Which improvement do you want?
What do you mean by Tempo and volume slide notation?
AFAIK neither of these appear in standard notation.

I may ask, if they have a volume slide support plugin, why not tempo support?

If by "volume slide" you mean crescendo and diminuendo, then yes, there is a plugin for that. But the plugin framework does not provide a way to affect tempo, and so therefore, no way to write a plugin. While that support could be added to the framework, I think implementing gradual tempo changes directly as the tempo text would be more useful.
Not sure if it's the same, but I did bring up about redesigning the drumset (link ).
