Finale Users! Help...
Is someone able to convert this finale file to musescore, or show me how (without finale)?

It's unfortunatly not possible to open a finale file without FInale. You could try to get Finale Notepad, a very limited version of Finale, Export to MusicXML and open the MusicXML file in MuseScore.
Here's what I got when converting from Finale PrintMusic through MusicXML.
