It's not clear what you are referring to in that picture, but I'm guessing that you want to put the parentheses in? If that is what you are trying to do, enter them as text elements, attached to the adjacent notes. Then size and position them appropriately using the settings on the Properties tab.
They will not affect playback. That is, the notes will play both first and second times. I don't believe there is any way save voltas to play something differently the first and second times of a repeat.
