It would be best if you attached the score so we can look at it. Depending on the score, it may not be possible other times there is something that can be done.
As mentioned, you would need to attach your score for use to understand why you are seeing only three measures on a page. But here are some guesses:
1) Maybe you have a page break on the third measure. Remove it and more measures may fit.
2) Maybe your music size is too large, or the page size too small, for more measures to fit on the page. Go to Layout / Page Settings and either decrease the music scaling or increase the page size
3) Maybe you have too large a space between systems for more to fit. Go to Style / General / Page and decrease the Minimum system distance. Also be sure to remove any spacers you may have.
Other possibilities too, hard to say without seeing the score.
For print: Use larger paper. example: Layout menu -> Page settings -> A3
For input and editing: you can use the "Continuous View" feature. (On top of screen: Change "Page View" to "Continuous View"; or vice-versa).
Here's my results. I just went into Layout->Page Settings... and clicked the down arrow on the scaling 2 times. I doesn't seem that you changed any of the other settings, which is fine. The measures simply filled up with notes and ran out of room on a line. Thee are a hundred other things you could do, but IMHO this is the easiest to do and the easiest to undo if you decide you don't like it.
