Can't find ~/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore2/
Hi!
After an unfortunate battery crash prior to saving my fugue (that was a mistake!) I have lost my work. I have read some other support cases, and it was suggested I look in ~/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore2/ on my Mac for an autosaved file. Unfortunately this path doesn't seem to exist, nor does any kind of similar path.
The latest .mscz file on my hard drive a search returned was on the 3rd of June (though I saved another document just last week!) and I can't find any auto saves within the MuseScore folder in my applications and documents folder.
Does anyone know where I may be able to find this file please? Perhaps in the depths of a hidden folder somewhere?
Cheers,
Oscar

Search the entire drive for files who's names start with "sc", are followed by 6 alphanumerical characters and end in ".mscz", (so actually the pattern is "sc??????.mscz")

Thanks so much Jojo! I've got it! :)
The path exists—it's simply that system files are hidden by default. In Finder, press Shift+Cmd+G and enter the entire path directly.
