Without changing the sheet music, can I change the tune when playing?
Without changing the sheet music edited in MuseScore, can I change(mainly upward) the tune when playing?
I want to use this function for guitar music using a capotasto.

I mean that "tune" is pitch.

Transpose. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/transposition
That does change the score though, so just don't save it.
The iOS and Android songbook app can transpose too and without altering the score

Thank you Mr Schmitz, but Transpose function changes the sheet music itself.
I want to change only the pitch not notes.

A note has a pitch, changing that changes the note and so the score.
You can change the tuning via synthesizer, but I don't think that is enough for several semitones.

I guess you mean this? : https://musescore.org/en/node/268639
EDIT: alternatively, but only for the two first frets (ie Capo1, and Capo 2), you can follow a different way, ie:
Select all the score (Ctrl + A) -> hit "Notes" tab, at the bottom of the Inspector panel -> Change the value of "Tuning". The 100,00 value corresponds to a semitone (= one fret/Capo1) ; the 200,00 value to a tone (= two frets/Capo2)

Which does change the score...

No. Only the playback, it's the goal
(to observe this: open the attached samples in the How to)

It does change the score. Maybe not the look of it, but the content (and the sound)

"Maybe not the look of it" and "change the sound"
That's it.
It's the Capo function, as expected by guitarists

Thank you cadiz1.
Please give me some time for trying this.

Thank you very much cadiz1!
