Why I don't have the option to click "playback?
As you can see, I can't press the playback botton. Can antone hwlp me with this?

What Operating system, which version of MuseScore, what does Preferences, I/0 show and did you try to revert to factory settings?

Thanks for helping me. now to your questions:
I'm with windows, version 2.3.2, I didn't see any thing in Preferences and I tried to revert to factory settings.

What Windows? All the settings in Preference, I/O are empty, nothing in the pull down menus?
