microtones and pitch tracker

is there a good way of notating microtones? is there a pitch tracker which works with musescore which might help?

For notating them, there are a variety of microtonal accidentals on the Accidentals palette. They won't playback, but for that you can use the Inspector. There are a couple of plugins that could potentially help.

Can you explain more about what you are looking for? I think of a pitch tracker as something that helps transcribe a melody in real time - is that what you mean? If so, then I think the issue would be that there is no standard format by which such a tool could transmit microtonal info to MuseScore in a way that could be notated. Plus, such tools even for non-micrtonal tool are experimental at best.
