Tools / Timewise Delete, if you want the menu (changed because it is now much more powerful, can also delete partial measures). But the shortcut remains the recommended method, and that hasn't changed: Ctrl+Delete.

I have to say Marc (and other Musescore creators) that "Delete the selected measures (or bars in "English") is perfectly understandable. "Timewise Delete" means , well, not very much unless you happen to be the person who invented the term. I imagine that under this guise it can do lots of things, but it seems a deliberately complicated term.

"Delete selected measures" is understandable, yes, but no longer accurate. It can now delete partial measures. The trick is finding wording that Is both accurate and understandable (and hopefully concise). Fee free to give your thoughts in that issue report.
