I am having problems with launching MuseScore 3
I download and install Musescore 3 normally, but when I launch it it happens to me (watch the error in the picture below)
I have also tried to reinstall MuseScore 3, but it didn't work. Hope everyone can help me solve this problem

I receive the same message on my oldest desktop computer (Windows7, 64-bit though). I fear - but I hope I am wrong - that the problem is serious. When I test my hard disk with "CrystalDiskInfo" software, it tells me that I have to be careful - I conclude that it is not in good health!
And so, I prefer to avoid any important personal work with it.
If there is nevertheless a safe way to recover this.dll file, I want to know. But right now, I'm too worried doing an unrecoverable mistake that I prefer no trying the adventure!

it's easy to download this dll file from the Internet and copy it to system32 folder. But another error occurs

For some reason your computer is lacking the "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015"
