Editing Fretboard Diagrams
There is a slightly annoying feature of the fretboard diagrams in Version 3. The diagram indicates an open string even when you place a note on string. This did not happen in version 2. In Version 2 the open string indicator disappeared when you placed a note on a string. In the current version (using the inspector) you have to doube click on the open string indicator to remove it, which slows the process of editing. I think this is a genuine mistake in what is otherwise a really excellent feature that works well in all other respects.

Indeed. Can you fill a report in the Issue Tracker?
Also when you copy and paste a fretboard diagram to a new position the offset indicator number swaps position from left to right. This is not necessairly a wanted feature and does not seem to be changeable.

In general, attach sample score rather simple images is really preferable (easier to check)
EDIT: ok, understood about position/fret indicator which goes from left to right. Surprising! Good catch.
Thanks for: #283452: Fretboard Diagrams: open string symbol persists even when a finger dot is applied
And: #283454: Copying fretboard diagrams results in number offset to the right
