Working with Navigator in Musescore 3
When I work with two scores in two tabs and have Navigator on, say, I want to copy and paste some measures from one tab to another , so I find a certain location in one tab to copy measures then I go to another tab. While switching between tabs Musescore doesn't keep the locations and inconsistently jumps to the beginning or wherever it wants.
BTW, taking F12 from Navigator and giving it to some new feature was a bad idea.

The navigator is not a commonly used feature, so giving it to a feature we expect people to find more useful made sense. but if you prefer the navigator, you can customize the shortcut in Edit / Preferences / Shortcuts.
Anyhow, I see what you mean about the tab change, this seems to have been reported as #281096: Navigator not memorizing multiple score positions.

That's great that it's possible to customize shortcuts. I just felt uncomfortable to go to the menu to set Navigator on. I personally need Navigator on all the time.
It seems the problem about tabs switching was resolved with last update.
