Playback not working (3.0.2.5315)

Hi there,

I'm using MuseScore 3.0.2.5315 on a laptop with Windows 10 Home 64-bit. I've tried loading scores that I created in MuseScore 2, other people's scores, even brand new scores created from scratch and I cannot get the playback to work. When I press play, it looks like it's trying to play, but there's no sound, no highlighting notes, and no panning through the score. I've looked at the settings and haven't been able to figure out what's wrong. Any suggestions?

I did have the soundfont already; but I tried this from that page:

"Note: In case of interference with other programs, esp. on Windows, go into your soundcard configuration from Control Panel and ensure that the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" in the Advanced tab of both Playback and Recording is unticked."
