Space allocated for hidden short part names

I remember seeing this before, but I can't find the bug report. When you have hidden staves, there is space to the left of the system allocated for this name. If the visible staves have not short name then the systems are indented. I'll create a new bug report if there isn't one already.

I wasn't able to reproduce this, but probably it depends on some specifics I didn't get right. As for existing issues, see for example #25168: Instrument labels incorrectly placed after hide empty staves is unchecked (reported against 2.1)

It seems this is fixed in version 3. I must have seen it was a version 2 score and automatically switched to version 2 without thinking after ignoring the version 3 results.
