In any score :
To obtain help on an specific element in score, for example hairpin, hit F1
F1 redirect to the hanbook
Actualy F1 redirect to the handbook 2 instead of hanbook 3
Url obtained is : https://musescore.org/fr/help/hairpin
As Shoichi test in https://musescore.org/en/node/286159 this behavior is language dependant.
Comments
For a Rehearsal Mark it works and opens a page that links to the MuseScore 2 and the MuseScore 3 handbook:
https://musescore.org/en/help/rehearsal%20mark?utm_source=desktop&utm_m…
For a Hairpin too, for me at least:
https://musescore.org/en/help/hairpin?utm_source=desktop&utm_medium=con…
So I can't reproduce (anymore?)
I tried en_US, de (System) and fr

Tried in fr and system.
For a rehearsal mark I am redirected to : https://musescore.org/fr/manuel/rep%C3%A8res
Using IE 11 as my default browser with french language
Tried again in EN-us in MS3 and switch language search in IE11 for EN-us
Always redirected to Handbook 2.
Seems that musescore.org detect the language of the OS and redirect to the handbook, so we can think that the redirection for French is not updated to Hanbook 3.
